Job summary

Refined Restaurant Group in Henderson, NV is seeking a friendly Cashier/FOH Team Member to welcome guests and support daily operations. You will greet diners, take orders, handle payments, and help keep a clean, inviting front of house. You will cross-train in other concepts as needed and contribute to a positive guest experience.

You will learn the salad menu, ensure food safety, and deliver thoughtful service with a smile. Prior restaurant experience and strong communication are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or restaurant environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and support store operations.
• Fast learner with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to greet guests and engage with customers warmly.
• Operate with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front line cleanliness and floor areas.
• Learn salad menu and clearly communicate ingredients.
• Ensure food safety and avoid cross-contamination on the line.
• Know dietary information and proper food handling.
• Set up and break down front line and cashier areas.
• Operate POS and complete transactions.
• Greet guests and guide the customer journey.
• Keep cashier area tidy and assist as needed.
• Answer phones promptly with a friendly voice.
• Follow cash handling procedures and shift counts.
• Certifications in food safety and TABC as location requires.
