Via 313 is hiring for a Cashier / Front of House Team Member to greet guests with genuine Detroit-style hospitality, take orders, prepare beverages, and help guests have an exceptional dining experience. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and ready to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. 18+ years old with customer service experience and valid food and TABC certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with Detroit-style hospitality.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and assist with guest needs.
• Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations.
• Package to-go and delivery orders with care.
• Help keep the dining room, front counter, and beverage station clean and organized.
• Work alongside an amazing team to keep service running smoothly.
• Create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
