Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Café Worker in Westborough, MA. This full-time role involves front-of-house tasks, light food prep, salad bar maintenance, and customer service. You will support the Chef Manager and work as part of a team to ensure a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

Competitive pay of $16.00-$18.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Prior food or corporate dining experience is preferred, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food/customer service experience, preferably within a corporate dining setting.
• Dependable with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pull and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point of sale system and assist customers at checkout.
• Set up and restock displays, coolers, and workstations as needed.
• Light food prep including grab-and-go items and salad bar prep/maintenance.
• Maintain clean, orderly server and dining areas and restock as required.
• Wash dishes and perform trash removal and related duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet/thank customers.
