Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, genuine greeting to every guest and serve with care.
• Execute Chick-fil-A’s Core 4 hospitality: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected.
• Take guest orders accurately at counter or drive-thru and deliver food promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and front counter to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Support drive-thru operations and handle guest concerns professionally.
