Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Maryland is seeking Front of House Team Members to be the face of the brand, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests. No prior restaurant experience is required, but a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

This position offers a great work environment with competitive pay, educational scholarships, thorough training, and opportunities for advancement. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is expected and Sundays off are often available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is not required.
• Must demonstrate a cheerful, helpful attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Maintain eye contact and a friendly tone with guests.
