Job summary

Waste Pro in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking skilled Front Load Drivers to join our growing fleet. If you’re an experienced CDL driver who takes pride in reliable service, this is your opportunity to earn strong pay and work with top-tier equipment.

As a Front Load Driver, you will operate a front load garbage truck on commercial routes, perform daily logs and inspections, and deliver excellent customer service while keeping safety a priority.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Experience operating front load or similar refuse equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting/moving containers).

Responsibilities

• Operate a front load garbage truck on assigned commercial routes.

• 1. Physically able to push or pull independently (unassisted) 50 pounds between 120-150 a day
• 2. Physically able to lift independently (unassisted) 50 pounds from the ground to waist height between 120-150 a day

• 4. Physically able to bend at the waist and knees between 120-150 a day
