Job summary

Crain Kia of Fayetteville is seeking a Detail Team Member to ensure the final presentation of every vehicle before delivery. The role focuses on washing, cleaning, and detailing all vehicles and maintaining a clean, organized detail area.

You will report cosmetic issues and work closely with sales and service to prioritize vehicles based on urgency. The ideal candidate notices details others miss, can move with urgency and consistency, takes ownership, and works well in a team.

Qualifications

• Detail all vehicles to frontline ready standards
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detail area and lot
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and detail all incoming, sold, and serviced vehicles
• Ensure every vehicle meets front-line ready standards before delivery
• Identify and report cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, windshield damage, etc.)
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detail area and lot
• Work with sales and service to prioritize vehicles based on urgency
• Support inventory flow to keep vehicles ready for display and delivery
