Job summary

Andy's Frozen Custard is looking for Store Associates to join our fast-paced team at multiple locations. You will be the face of our brand, creating and delivering the best treats while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be available to work some nights, weekends and some holidays.
• This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve treats in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate point-of-sale and assist with cash handling.
• Maintain clean, inviting store and ensure guest satisfaction.
