• Knowledge of front ensemble techniques and electronics.
• Ability to develop rehearsal plans for ensembles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee musical and visual training of Front Ensemble.
• Develop and distribute a technique training program.
• Maintain sound equipment and electronics.
• Select ensemble members and instrument placement with the Director.
• Develop and execute rehearsal plans for full front ensemble and sub-sections.
• Manage volunteer front ensemble percussion staff with the Director.
• Communicate expectations and goals with students.
• Attend events and competitions.
• Advise director on equipment and ordering needs.
• Account for school property.
• Run full ensemble rehearsals with Battery Coordinator and the Director.
• Prepare end-of-season summary with recommendations for program improvement.
