Job summary

Elijahhouseliving in Issaquah is seeking a frontline associate to greet members, provide high levels of service, and support front-end operations. You will help load orders, assist with self-checkouts, and ensure accurate packing and friendly checkout experiences.

You will also help with setup and closing duties, stock and organize merchandise, maintain clean front-end areas, monitor safety, and support in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Greet members and provide high-level member service.
• Assist cashier with item counts and scanning readiness.
• Assist with self-checkouts and monitor belt area for errors.
• Help with department setup, stocking, and closing duties.
• Transfer pallets and stock shelves for storage and sale floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-end and register area; address spills and hazards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with loading orders onto conveyor belt, determine packing preferences, and explain promotions.
• Pack orders into boxes and load onto carts; check packaging for tampering and ensure safety procedures.
• Assist in self-checkouts by scanning items and entering numbers as needed, monitor for errors.
• Perform setup/closing duties, return products, stock registers, and clean area.
• Move pallets from receiving to shelves or sales floor; assist with stocking and signage.
• Label unmarked products with item numbers and ensure proper signage.
