Job summary

We are seeking a customer-focused team member to greet shoppers, assist with loading orders, and provide information on promotions in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes maintaining tidy front-end areas, assisting with set-up and close-down tasks, stocking shelves and assisting with self-checkout where needed.

Availability across shifts is required, with the ability to work in a physically active setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and provides high level of customer service.
• Assists customers with loading orders onto conveyor and answers questions.
• Maintains cleanliness of front-end area and assists with department setup and closing.
• Transfers pallets and stocks shelves; ensures proper product signage and labeling.
• Operates where required and ensures safety procedures are followed.
