GE HealthCare is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 1 – Front-End Test to support our U.S. manufacturing and product development teams.

You will work hands-on with data acquisition and calibrated measurement equipment, run standard tests, collect data, and document results with precision. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Applied Sciences or a high school diploma with 2 years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow EHS, quality, laboratory, and manufacturing procedures while maintaining product specifications.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to safely handle sensitive products.
• Experience operating hand tools and calibrated measurement equipment.
• Ability to perform routine troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office apps (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate data acquisition and calibrated measurement equipment.
• Perform routine tests, experiments, and manufacturing processes according to established procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and document test and measurement results.
• Follow established EHS, quality, laboratory, and manufacturing procedures.
• Follow process instructions to maintain product specifications and quality requirements.
• Handle sensitive products and materials requiring strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform routine troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Identify defects, process issues, or deviations and communicate findings appropriately.
• Use Lean tools and methodologies to support continuous improvement of established processes and performance metrics.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
