Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to provide a smooth, positive checkout experience for customers. You will be the final touchpoint before customers head home, helping complete purchases accurately while maintaining a friendly, efficient service.

You will rotate through tasks such as handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and keeping the front end clean and running smoothly throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction during checkout and assistance to shoppers.
• Accurate processing of purchases including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Attention to pricing, scanning accuracy, and correct order completion.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time during shifts.
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking and overall front-end upkeep.
• Identify and address pricing, transaction, or service questions.
• Follow store policies, register procedures and checkout processes.
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow through the shift.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
