Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates: assign duties, train on processes, and provide guidance.
• Promote membership and process memberships and credit accounts.
• Provide member service: acknowledge needs, assist purchases, and use self-checkout.
• Oversee area: handle claims, merchandise, and cleanliness.
• Maintain accounting records and cash handling procedures.
• Develop processes to meet business needs with managers and colleagues.
• Lead teams and model adaptability.
