Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline team member for HomeGoods in Spokane, WA. You will promote a highly satisfying customer experience, support training, and assist in daily store operations to drive loyalty and high performance.

Applicants should be able to work flexible hours, handle cash, and train others while maintaining store standards and safety. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Spokane store.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy merchandise.
• Experience as a coordinator or retail/supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to train and direct others; run a register.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience.

• Trains and mentors Associates on policies and procedures.
• Maintains cash controls and change fund.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for coverage.
