Job summary

Burlington Stores in Orlando, FL is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll supervise front-end operations, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding safety and a diverse, collaborative culture.

This role reports to Store Management and requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Burlington offers growth opportunities, a strong benefits package, and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, team‑oriented culture.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations for excellent customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support Community Relations through company programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedules.
