Fiesta Mart is seeking a Front End Supervisor to operate under the Store Director's supervision and manage all front end tasks in a fast-paced grocery environment. The role emphasizes enforcing cash handling policies and maintaining smooth customer flow at the checkout area.

In this position you will ensure cash procedures are followed, supervise frontline staff, and support overall store efficiency while delivering excellent customer service in a Dallas-area Fiesta Mart location.

Job description

Under the Store Director’s supervision, a Fiesta Mart Front End Supervisor is responsible for all front end operation. This position will enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling for the front end of the store.

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
