Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s front-end operations. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and front-end tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience for guests.

A focus on accurate register operation, promotions, and teamwork is essential to success. The role emphasizes greeting customers, processing refunds, assisting with training, and supporting donation programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Accurately operate the register and assist with refunds and training new Associates.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
