Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Front End Specialist who will assist customers and help maintain the store appearance, with a primary focus on front end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, support donation programs, assist with receiving trucks, pricing, merchandising and recovering the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and you must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
