Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Seymour, IN is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance, with a primary focus on front-end store operations and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, accurately operating the cash register, promoting current promotions, supporting donation programs year-round, assisting with receiving merchandise, pricing items, merchandising, and keeping the store welcoming and organized.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
