Job summary

Join our Ollie-tude team at Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Illinois. The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps maintain store appearance, with primary focus on the front end of operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions, supporting Ollie's Army and donation programs, receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.

This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associate will not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has applied in accordance with city, county, and state requirements.
