Job summary

Ollie’s Orange Park is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance at the front end of operations. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and drive sales while upholding Ollie’s service standards.

You should be a reliable team player who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
