Job summary

Ollie is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers, manage front-end operations, merchandise, and maintain a welcoming store appearance. You will engage customers, process sales, and support donation programs as part of daily store routines.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
