Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front-end appearance. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and staying informed about current promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, accepting deliveries, and supporting donation programs. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected, with a positive, team-oriented attitude valued highly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
