Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Kerrville, TX is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations, including cash register duties and answering questions about promotions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing purchases, supporting donation programs, and keeping the store attractive and organized. Evening and weekend availability is preferred in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
