Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Gonzales, LA is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations with a focus on the store’s front end.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and support donation programs year-round while helping with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and stocking. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements
