Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is hiring a Front End Specialist in Gonzales, LA. You will assist customers, handle checkout, and help keep the front end organized and inviting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales, applying promotions, and supporting donation programs. You should be reliable, friendly, and able to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
