Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to help customers and maintain the store’s appearance. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The position requires greeting customers, operating the cash register, and staying knowledgeable about promotions to drive sales. You’ll also support donation programs and assist with receiving, pricing, and merchandising while maintaining a welcoming store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
