Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Liberal, KS is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front end. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and help drive sales.

You will support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store while keeping it neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:
