Ollie's Bargain Outlet in La Porte, Indiana, is seeking a Front End Specialist to join our store team. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and front-end store tasks to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Primary duties include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions, and supporting donation programs. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on teamwork and customer care.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:
