Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Henderson, KY is seeking a Front End Specialist to enhance customer service and front-end operations. You will greet customers, handle the cash register, and help with promotions to drive sales.

The role requires merchandising and store maintenance duties, including assisting with receiving, pricing, and recovering the floor. A team-oriented attitude is essential and evening/weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
