Job summary

Ollie’s store in Dothan, AL is looking for a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance. You will manage the front end operations and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key duties include greeting customers, operating the cash register accurately, knowing current promotions, supporting donation programs, and merchandising products. A high school diploma is preferred and flexible scheduling is required.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
