Job summary

Ollie’s in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a Front End Specialist to greet customers, ring up purchases, and help keep the front of the store neat and inviting. You will learn current promotions and assist with merchandising and simple store maintenance.

You’ll support donation programs, participate in receiving shipments, pricing items and restocking, while delivering friendly, efficient service to shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.

This payrepresentsthe base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors.Associatewill not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has appliedin accordance withcity, county, and state requirements.
