Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance, focusing on front-end operations. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep while staying knowledgeable about promotions to boost sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, supporting donation programs, and ensuring the store looks its best. Evening/weekend availability and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
