Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Bedford, OH is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will primarily focus on front-end operations, customer service, and merchandising, while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving merchandise, pricing items, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements
