Job summary

Ollie’s Bedford (Store 068 Oakwood, OH) is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store front attractive. You will greet shoppers, operate the cash register accurately, and stay informed on promotions to answer questions and drive sales.

You’ll support donation programs, help receive trucks, price and merchandise items, and maintain overall store appearance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
