Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Front End Service Associate in Round Rock, TX. You will greet customers, handle returns and refunds, and perform financial transactions at a busy Walmart Supercenter.

This full-time role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a friendly, helpful store environment. You’ll participate in everyday store operations, contribute to a positive checkout experience, and enjoy Walmart’s benefits including

• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with inquiries; process returns/refunds and complete financial transactions; assist customers in locating items and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area; standing for extended periods may be required.

Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
