Walmart is seeking a Front End Service associate in Cape Girardeau, MO to greet customers, help with questions, and process purchases and returns. The role requires standing for long periods and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle transactions, assist with duties across the front end, and strive to meet customer needs while following store policies. This is a full-time, on-site position with full benefits and wage opportunities.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
