Walmart in Spartanburg, SC is hiring Front End Service associates to provide outstanding customer service and accurate checkout support. The role requires standing for long periods and managing transactions, returns, and inquiries, with shifts starting between 8:00am and 11:00am or 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

The position offers full-time hours and hourly pay between $15.00 and $28.00, with additional compensation possible.

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. What you'll do

You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. That's why it's so important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. You are an ambassador of Walmart. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. There are times when you must juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers: scan items, explain a price, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean--you get the idea! It takes a special person who is positive, can multi-task and has a passion for customer service and helping others. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Cart and Janitorial

Ensure customers have a great first and last impression

Gather carts from the parking lot

Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store

Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed

Have a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
