Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in San Antonio, TX is hiring Front End Service Associates. In this role you greet customers, process returns and payments, and help with questions while maintaining friendly service.

You may stand for long periods and work various shifts, including opening and morning slots. The position offers full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay ($14–$27) plus annual or quarterly incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and paid time

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
