The Customer Service Desk Clerk role delivers friendly, efficient help at the service desk, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges, and specialty item sales. You will also support front-end operations to keep lines short and service fast.

The position involves training team members, promoting promotions, and maintaining a welcoming, clean service area. Shift schedules vary across the week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and register operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the service desk with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Support front-end operations and ensure promotions are applied accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service desk area.
