Job summary

The Front End Specialist 2 at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. assists customers and helps maintain a welcoming store appearance, focusing on the front end of store operations.

You will deliver friendly service, answer questions, and keep promotions knowledge current to drive sales. Key duties include greeting customers, operating the cash register accurately, stocking and merchandising items, and supporting donation programs year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
