Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist at our Oklahoma City store. You will assist customers, maintain front-end operations, and help with merchandising and store appearance.

Key tasks include greeting customers, operating the cash register, promoting current offers, supporting donation programs, receiving shipments, pricing and stocking, and keeping the front end inviting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliable scheduling, and delivering friendly, helpful service to every visitor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
