Job summary

The Kroger Co. is hiring for a store Receiving/Produce associate in Wisconsin. You will support customer service, verify deliveries, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

You’ll work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and prevent waste while upholding company values. Responsibilities include assisting customers, inspecting shipments, coordinating with vendors, and helping in Receiving and Produce areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and verify deliveries against invoices.
• Rotate perishable merchandise and manage waste per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate problems affecting store operations to management.
• Monitor vendor traffic and ensure security in Receiving.
• Operate equipment per guidelines (pallet jack, forklift, etc.).
• Log irregularities/discrepancies/shortages/damaged shipments and process credits.
• Notify store director of situations adversely affecting operating performance.
