Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Front-End Oracle Cloud Commerce (OCC) Analyst to lead user experience, configuration, and front-end optimization of our OCC storefront. This remote role shapes the digital customer journey by aligning with Oracle EBS, PDH, and other enterprise systems.

Collaborate across business units to implement OCC improvements, manage data flow, and support quote-to-cash processes while guiding UI/UX requirements and OCC releases.

Qualifications

  • :5+ years of experience supporting Oracle PDH, Product Master, or similar master data management systems.
  • Strong understanding of product hierarchy, item templates, catalogs, and governance workflows.
  • Experience integrating PDH with Oracle EBS (Inventory, BOM, Item Master, OM modules).
  • Proven ability to write functional requirements, perform data validations, and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Ability to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve cross-system issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Configure OCC front-end templates, layouts, and widgets to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather UI/UX requirements for different customer segments
  • Manage product detail page layouts, category pages, search configurations, and cart/checkout flows
  • Ensure seamless integration between OCC and Oracle EBS for order processing, pricing, and inventory visibility
  • Collaborate with the PDH team to ensure accurate product attributes and images flow to OCC
  • Work with middleware or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) team to troubleshoot integration errors and support data sync
  • Support connections between OCC and other tools (e.g., CPQ, Tax engines, Payment Gateways)
  • Manage day-to-day OCC administration including roles, access, catalogs, and configuration updates
  • Test and deploy new OCC releases, patches, and feature enhancements
  • Support digital marketing teams on promotions, banners, and personalized content rollout
  • Develop and maintain user guides, help with documentation, and training content for internal stakeholders
  • Partner with product managers, customer service, sales ops, and commercial leads to enhance the digital sales experience
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to support OCC-related stories and epics
  • Coordinate with QA on test script creation and regression testing for OCC-related functionality
  • Work closely with backend ERP team to align front-end behavior with fulfillment logic

Job Title: Front-End Oracle Cloud Commerce (OCC) Analyst

Reports To: Director of Enterprise Applications

Location: Remote

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Front-End Oracle Cloud Commerce (OCC) Analyst to lead user experience, configuration, and front-end optimization of our Oracle Commerce Cloud storefront. This individual will play a key role in shaping the digital customer journey by working across business units to design and implement e-commerce experiences that are visually engaging, responsive, and tightly integrated with Oracle EBS, PDH, and other enterprise systems.

This position will partner with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and IT teams to drive enhancements to OCC functionality, manage product data flow, and support seamless transactions across the entire quote-to-cash process.

Key Responsibilities:

OCC Front-End Design & Configuration:

  • Configure OCC front-end templates, layouts, and widgets to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather UI/UX requirements for different customer segments
  • Manage product detail page layouts, category pages, search configurations, and cart/checkout flows

Integration & Data Flow:

  • Ensure seamless integration between OCC and Oracle EBS for order processing, pricing, and inventory visibility

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle PDH, Product Master, or similar master data management systems

  • Experience integrating PDH with Oracle EBS (Inventory, BOM, Item Master, OM modules)

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% travel may be required to support go-lives, onsite meetings, or vendor workshops

Desired Characteristics:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Commerce (OCC) or other eCommerce platforms
  • Strong front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within a low-code configuration environment
  • Working knowledge of OCC widgets, layout structures, design studio, and administrative tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration points (pricing, order management, inventory)
  • Experience with B2B storefront setup, customer segmentation, and digital catalog management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
