Ford Motor Company in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated hourly team and translate strategic goals into daily execution.

You'll champion safety, drive quality and efficiency, and apply lean thinking to continuously improve production. This salaried role requires shift flexibility and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is a plus

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
