PrimeCrew Solutions in Morrisville, PA, seeks a reliable Front-End Loader Operator to safely operate heavy equipment, load and transport materials, and keep a clean, organized work area.

You will perform daily inspections, monitor equipment, follow OSHA and site procedures, and collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production goals. Valid driver's license preferred; outdoor, industrial setting with PPE required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader to load, move, and transport materials.
• Load trucks, hoppers, conveyors, and other equipment as directed.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily production goals.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Assist with other labor duties when equipment operation is not required.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and around heavy industrial equipment.
