Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Loader Operator to operate a front-end loader to move materials and load trucks at our Delaware locations. You will follow safety rules, perform pre-shift inspections, and help unload aggregates at depots while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating front-end loaders required.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader to transport/load materials and load trucks.
• Conduct pre-shift safety checks and maintain safe work area.
• Unload aggregates at depots and ensure weights are accurate.
• Follow MSHA/OSHA/DOT safety rules and Pennsy Supply policies.
• Maintain equipment and report non-routine repairs to supervisor.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
