Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating front end loaders.
• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Proficient in loader techniques, safety, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to load/unload materials and perform site prep.

Responsibilities

• Operates front end loaders to move, load, and unload materials.
• Performs daily equipment checks and reports maintenance needs.
• Adheres to safety procedures and guidelines.
