Pennsy Supply Inc., a CRH company, is hiring for a Plant Loader Operator to safely operate a front-end loader, load materials, and support stockpile management at our Pennsylvania plant. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior loader operation experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience operating front-end loaders is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to transport/load materials.
• Load stone products into trucks with loader scale for accuracy.
• Inspect and lubricate equipment, report non-routine repairs.
• Maintain clean work area and stockpiles; ensure safety rules are followed.
• Assist with daily safety checks and inspections as needed.
